What a fantastic two days back with our instructional staff at Cambridge Schools! We kicked things off as learners ourselves, preparing for the launch of this year's exciting focus: Just Learn It. Our staff is energized and ready to help students master new skills and ideas. We can't wait to welcome all of our students back tomorrow morning! #JustLearnIt

We can't wait to see everybody tonight at Unpack Your Backpack from 5:00pm-6:30pm!
Join us for the Ribbon Cutting of our brand-new Agriculture Complex beginning at 4:30pm. We welcome donors, community members, alumni, parents, and students to celebrate this exciting new addition to District 227!

This spring, we conducted a Community Facilities Survey, and several of you shared an interest in participating in an outdoor clean-up day. This Friday looks beautiful, so we are going to do a Clean-Up Day from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. If you are free and interested, we'd love to have you join us! We will meet at the elementary school. Tools you might need are weed eaters, trimmers, work gloves, loppers, shovels, and buckets. Thanks!

Trying new things (especially in the kitchen) is always better with great company. Way to go, Mrs. Jewett! 🎉

Luckily, she had support from Mr. Elder…and a Fitbit that confirmed just how intense that ride was! 😄 Way to go, Mrs. Strand—we’re so proud of your courage and adventurous spirit! ✨

Online registration for the 2025–2026 school year is now officially open! All new and returning students will register online. Please visit www.teacherease.com and sign in to register your child. If registration doesn’t automatically appear, navigate to the top of the page and click on “Miscellaneous,” then select “Online Registration” to begin the process.
If you are new to the district, or know a family who is, please have them call the elementary or high school office to start registration.
If you have not used TeacherEase before, or have forgotten your username or password, please contact your child’s school for assistance.
If you already have a student in the district and are enrolling a new Pre-K or Kindergarten student, do not create a new account. Simply add the new student to your existing family profile. Please call if you need help with this.
Registration fees may be paid online through TeacherEase, or in person (check or cash) at the elementary or high school offices. The offices will be open:
Tuesday, July 15 from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday, July 16 from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
If those times don’t work for you, please call ahead of time to ensure someone is available to assist you.
We recommend using a laptop or desktop for registration. If you're using a tablet or phone, many users have found they need to download the TeacherEase app to complete the process.
Please don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions. Enjoy the last few weeks of summer—we’re excited for another great year ahead!

With a little help from Mrs. Miller and a lot of love from her girls, “Betty” the starter got all the attention she needed. Even with a few moments of doubt, Mrs. Taber stuck with it—and we’re so glad she did!
