CTNNB1 Connect and Cure

This holiday season, Cambridge Elementary School would love to donate to a charity dear to our hearts, the CTNNB1 Connect and Cure! The mission of the nonprofit CTNNB1 Connect and Cure is to fund research that helps us better understand CTNNB1 Syndrome. By working with globally renowned doctors, they’re on the path to developing treatments and laying the groundwork to cure this rare disease. To raise money for this cause, the week of December 11th-15th Cambridge Elementary School will be having some fun dress up days!

The dress up days are as follows:

Monday: Holiday Wear, Don’t Care (wear all your holiday accessories! Hats, light

up necklaces, ties, festive socks, headbands etc.)

Tuesday: Grinch-y Green and Rudolph Red (dress in red, green or your

Grinchy/Reindeer best!)

Wednesday: Festive/Ugly Sweater Day (wear your best-est festive/ugly attire)

Thursday: Smooth as Velvet, Mad for Plaid: (wear some velvet/velour or plaid!)

Friday: Long Winter’s Nap (wear your pajamas!)

For each dress up day, we ask that students donate whatever amount you feel comfortable with to participate. Want to donate a quarter? Sure! A Dollar? Great! Any amount helps CTNNB1 Connect and Cure help families in need.

Our five houses decided this would not only be a great way to help others in need around our community, but that we could turn this into a friendly competition between houses. The highest donating house will receive special seating for our all school movie on the 19th.
