• Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a child related field, such as education, youth

  development, counseling, psychology, and human services or a substantial relevant experience.

• Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Paid Training

• Starting Pay - $21/hour

• $1,000 bonus for completing initial training and completing first year with 25 trips

• $500 bonus annually for anyone completing 25 trips
